After breakfast back at your hotel, we will climb the 329 steps to the top of Phousi Hill and be rewarded with a panoramic view of the city and the Mekong River.

We will then head out of the city to the beautiful Kuang Si waterfall – the biggest waterfall in the area. From here you can walk to the nearby village of Ban Thapene and explore the hidden waterfalls less visited by tourists.

After relaxing at the waterfalls, you will have the option of a short visit to the Bear Rescue Centre, which houses a small group of animals rescued from the hands of poachers and traffickers.

On the way back to town, we will visit the Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Centre. Nestled in verdant grounds on the Mekong riverbank, weavers, spinners and batik makers produce high-quality traditional fabrics.
