I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a Hanoi and Sapa trip organized by Topas travel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The trip featured an incredible Fansipan trek, which was not only challenging but also incredibly rewarding. Everything was perfectly planned and we did not have to worry about anything at all. Drivers and tour guides were always on time which is something that surprised us.

All the guides and taxis were on time. We never had to wait for them. Unplanned/unforeseen changes due to force majeur were communicated in due time and correctly applied. Perfect service! Ha Long Bay cruise - where possible avoid booking people on the boat over holidays as it was very busy and chaotic with lots of families and small children - although the boat itself was very nice. Chay Lap - perhaps better for families than couples, felt very isolated away from Phong Nha. All tours and tour guides have been brilliant - fun and very informative. Hoai has been amazing, very accommodating, and so helpful - thank you so much!
